NR-IPP Dry Roasting with integrated Pasteurization step

The revolutionary NR-IPP roaster - pasteurizer incorporates Incorporated Pasteurization Processing (IPP) technology – raw nuts enter the roaster and are discharged roasted and pasteurized.  Important to note is that the nut pasteurization is completely independent from the roasting degree; even with very light, low temperature, short roasts, a minimal 5 log reduction is guaranteed. The technology can be implemented on all kind of nuts such as peanuts, almonds, pistachios, walnuts, macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, pecans, etc.
