The “Controlled Pasteurization Process” pasteurization system (CPP) is a seed pasteurization system that can be used to pasteurize (in-shell, raw & salted/roasted) tree nuts, peanuts, herbs, grain, flour and spices as well.  The system can be installed in line with existing (continuous belt) roasters.

NR-IPP SEED Dry Roasting with integrated Pasteurization step

The revolutionary NR-IPP roaster incorporates Integrated Pasteurization Processing (IPP) technology – seeds enter the roaster and are discharged roasted and pasteurized.  Important to note is that the pasteurization is completely independent from the roasting degree; even with very light, low temperature, short roasts, a minimal 5 log reduction is guaranteed.
